WORK IN PROGRESS. A personal self-portrait of a filmmaker's journey to start a family over several years. We experience the story through Michal's camera lens, as he is both the protagonist and the director. Unborn Father explores how the desire for parenthood, traditionally associated with women, affects a young man. It raises the question: “What does it take to become the father in today's world?" This documentary, shot on Super 8mm film between 2018 and 2024, pays homage to the filming technique of Jonas Mekas.
